BC RESIDENT MARE REGISTRY
HRBC implemented the policy of the BC Resident Mare Enrollment to begin with all Breeders
registering their mares with HRBC at no charge, mare in foal or not. In order to receive the BC
New Foal Incentive, the mare of the foal must be registered with HRBC to be eligible to apply. To
apply for the 2026 New Foal Incentive, deadline is December 31, 2026
DEADLINE: ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE HRBC OFFICE NO LATER THAN
APRIL 15, 2026, IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE FOAL INCENTIVE FOR THE 2026 FOAL.
