BC NEW FOAL INCENTIVE – 2026 FOALS
All BC-bred foals born in 2026 may be eligible for a New Foal Incentive payment upon submission of a completed New Foal Incentive Application. To qualify, the mare must be registered with Harness Racing BC (HRBC), and all eligibility requirements must be met.
Important: Incentive payments are not guaranteed. Applications will be reviewed by HRBC, and payments are subject to approval and the availability of program funding.
Application Deadline
Completed applications must be received by the HRBC office no later than December 31, 2026 (the foal’s year of birth) to be considered for the 2026 New Foal Incentive payment.
