Harness Racing BC Society (HRBC) is governed by a volunteer board
consisting of 12 members; 4 Owners, 4 Breeders and 4 Trainer/Drivers as
defined within the Society’s by-laws and are tasked with delivering the
Constitution.
HRBC represents the diversity of breeders, owners, trainers and drivers of
Standardbred Horses in the Province of B.C.
